Life lately

Just like how I usually start my posts.. hi. It’s been a while.

I’ve been trying to write something for the past week but for some reason, nothing ever gets finished. I don’t know if wala lang talaga akong ganap masyado in life or I really can’t write anything anymore.

There are nights when my mind is filled with blog ideas but when I try to write it, wala na. I can only write one or two paragraphs max about the topic and that’s it. Anyhow, kumusta?

Me, I’m doing great! I took a break with resin first since I was out of town for almost two months. I’m back in the city now and my only problem is I live in the UAE where it’s around 35-50 degrees Celsius during summer. I work outside kaya ang hirap talaga mars. If I really want to work on something, I have to wake up super early – between 7 to 9 am – so that it won’t be too hot.

I also went to Georgia last month to celebrate my Dad and I’s birthdays! It is beautiful. The food and scenery are amazing. My only con was we went during their summer peak season so it was blazing hot. Let’s just say I was a few shades “tanner” after that vacation.

My plan is to go back around September-October alone but after reading Trisha‘s post about solo female travelers’ experience in Georgia, I’m having second thoughts na. Haha. We never had a problem when we were there as a group though. Don’t worry, I’ll talk about Georgia and post more photos soon. (A sugarcoated phrase for: if I don’t get lazy.)

Hmmm.. What else should I tell you?

I have finally entered BTS’ Magic Shop. Intense.

It started last June when I was scrolling through TikTok late at night. I saw a video of Taehyung on my FYP (yup, it’s always him) and he’s SO handsome I had to click his name sa hashtags, then boom. The rest is history. Next thing I know I’m already learning all the members’ names, watching video compilations of BTS on YouTube, binge-watching their reality and variety shows, buying their merch, hanggang sa mahal na mahal ko na silang lahat talaga, my gallery is filled with their photos and videos.

Tom Holland, Park Seo Joon, and Lee Min Ho who? Never heard of them.

V was my first bias (and he would always have a special place in my heart) but once you get to know all of them, their personalities, their songs and their lyrics, you’ll be an OT7 in the end talaga eh.. Hay! The fangirling life!!

Can’t believe I’m actually going to say this but it’s true when fangirls or fanboys say that this specific group/person genuinely makes them happy.

I’d be having a bad day but then I’ll watch BTS and my mood is a hundred percent better. There isn’t a day that I didn’t scroll on my TikTok’s FYP cause I want to see them. That’s how attached I am with Bangtan at the moment. Look how much I’ve written when I started talking about them. I can write a separate post and it would still be more than 500 characters.

Oh, well. I think I’ve blabbed a lot already.

I’m starting to feel sleepy, as well. It’s 2 and I’m planning to do some resin later. There’s still COVID so I hope everyone’s still staying safe! Can’t wait for this to be all over so BTS can do concerts again and I can watch them live. Haha ems. Good night!

  2. One thing I learned about writing is that you don’t have to be pressured about the length of your thoughts on paper, or rather here, your post. Kahit 2 paragraphs lang yan, go! Hehehe.

    And omg natawa ako sa bts part hahaha. Yung you could write a separate post and still have 500 characters lol.

    1. Ate!! You should check out those 5 year journals! I have one from PH pa pero meron ding ibang brands sa Amazon. Feeling ko maeenjoy mo ‘yon!

  3. Hi! I think we’re on the same shoes. As in wala talagang ganap sa life mashado because of the pandemic that’s why walang urge to write since there is nothing to write about. But i hope we get out of that writer’s block, i do believe there are still lots of things to write about, wala lang talagang inspiration siguro. 😅

  9. I haven’t gone to Georgia… I really have to get caught up… we should be taking advantage traveling to nearby countries while it’s affordable, kasi diba? If we’re in Pinas, travel won’t be as accessible na.

    I’ve been seeing friends who are into resin art — it’s interesting!

    You’re right, super init sa ating side of the continent! It’s 47 degrees here
    ( give or take a few degrees :D ) nakakapaso!

    Ang cute ng height chart nyo, natawa ako slight, pero medyo kilig! I like him too, but yeah, I am old so keribels :D
